Stock pieces are dispatched first. Custom colour and made-to-measure orders are cut for you, so they leave later. We confirm timing by email once your order is placed.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Send the piece back unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging, and we refund in full.

Made-to-measure and custom colour pieces are made for you alone and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Hang on a wide, padded hanger with room to breathe. Avoid long spells in a garment bag, and keep the piece away from direct heat and sunlight, which dries the pile and fades colour.

If it gets wet, shake it out and let it dry flat at room temperature. Never brush, iron or machine wash fur. Clean through a furrier rather than a standard dry cleaner.

Every piece is made from genuine pelt or leather, so pile depth, tone and marking vary slightly from garment to garment. That variation is the material, not a flaw.
